TEMPORARY BAKER – EVENTS CATERING | BOREHAMWOOD

Immediate Opportunity | Starting Next Week | Temporary Position

We are looking for an experienced Baker to join a busy and well-established events catering company based in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled baker who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment and can consistently deliver excellent quality.

THE ROLE

  • Prepare and produce a wide range of bakery products for large-scale events and catering operations.

  • Work confidently with high-volume production and large batches.

  • Maintain consistent quality, presentation and production standards.

  • Work efficiently to meet demanding production schedules and deadlines.

  • Support the wider kitchen and bakery team during busy periods.

  • Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong professional baking experience is essential.

  • Proven experience in high-volume bakery production is a MUST.

  • Previous experience in event catering, large-scale production kitchens, hotels or commercial bakeries is highly desirable.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple production tasks.

  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.

  • Reliable, flexible and comfortable working under pressure.

  • Level 2 Food Safety Certificate.
