We are looking for talented Chefs with Japanese cuisine experience for exciting temporary opportunities across London.

Work with a variety of high-quality hospitality clients, including hotels, restaurants, private members’ clubs and events venues.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

We’d love to hear from chefs confident working with Japanese food, including experience with areas such as:

• Sushi & sashimi

• Japanese hot kitchen

• Robata & grill

• Tempura

• Ramen & noodles

• Rice dishes and traditional Japanese preparation

• Fish preparation and knife skills

• Modern Japanese and Japanese-fusion cuisine

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You should have:

• Previous professional experience with Japanese cuisine

• Strong preparation and presentation skills

• Excellent food hygiene standards

• Flexibility across weekdays, evenings and weekends
