Head Chef

Head Chef – East Lothian – Up to £40,000 plus tronc

• Up to £40,000 basic salary, with tronc on top in the region of £5,000 per year

• Permanent full time position

• East Lothian, free on site parking

An experienced Head Chef is required for an established business in East Lothian. This is a senior role with full responsibility for the kitchen.

The Head Chef will lead the brigade, manage ordering and stock control, hold food cost and gross profit, and take ownership of standards across the kitchen. It suits an experienced Head Chef, or a strong Senior Sous already operating at a quality level who is ready to lead their own kitchen.
