Temporary Food Preparation Assistant

Early Morning | Monday–Friday | 6.30am–12.30 (10.30am finish fridays 
Temporary role until Christmas | Additional hours available

We’re looking for a reliable, practical and hardworking Food Preparation Assistant to work with our Client in Aztec West on a temporary basis until Christmas.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is organised and methodical, and takes pride in getting things right. 

The Role

Working as part of their morning food preparation team, you’ll help prepare a daily range of sandwiches, rolls and ciabattas.

You’ll be working alongside an experienced team member and will receive full training and support.

Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 6.30am–12.30
• Early finish on friday 10.30am
• Temporary position until Christmas
• Ideally available to start as soon as possible

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Extremely reliable and punctual, particularly for the 6.30am start
• Quick, accurate and organised
• Practical and hands-on
• Calm and methodical when working at pace
• Comfortable with repetitive production work
• Able to follow instructions, quantities and established systems carefully
• Happy working as part of a small team
• Previous food preparation, catering, deli or similar experience would be an advantage, but is not essential
