We are looking for experienced Chinese and South East Asian Cuisine Chefs to support a professional kitchen team with an upcoming Chinese food presentation and additional catering requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity for skilled chefs with strong, hands-on experience in authentic Chinese cooking and a good understanding of South East Asian flavours and techniques.

The Role

• Prepare and cook authentic Chinese and South East Asian dishes to a high standard.

• Support the existing kitchen team with food preparation and presentation.

• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of traditional ingredients, flavours and cooking techniques.

• Deliver consistent quality in a busy professional kitchen.

• Assist with an upcoming Chinese food presentation.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience cooking Chinese cuisine is essential.

• Experience with other South East Asian cuisines, such as Thai, Vietnamese or Malaysian, is advantageous.

• Confident with traditional cooking techniques, including wok cooking, stir-frying, steaming and preparing authentic sauces.

• Strong attention to detail, flavour and presentation.

• Previous experience in restaurants, hotels or professional catering kitchens.

• Reliable, flexible and able to work as part of a team.

• Valid Food Safety Level 2 and Allergen Awareness certificates.

• Right to work in the UK.
