We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join a busy, quality-focused gastro pub and restaurant in Notting Hill.

This is a great opportunity for a chef who enjoys working with fresh ingredients, delivering high-quality food and being part of a professional kitchen team.

The Role

• Run your own section during busy lunch and dinner services.

• Prepare and cook fresh, seasonal dishes to a high standard.

• Support the kitchen team with daily preparation and service.

• Maintain excellent food presentation and consistency.

• Follow food safety, hygiene and kitchen standards.

• Work closely with the senior chefs to ensure smooth service.

We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy restaurant or gastro pub.

• Strong fresh-food cooking skills.

• Good knowledge of British and European cuisine.

• Confidence managing your own section.

• Reliable, professional and able to work under pressure.

• Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings and weekends.

• Must be available and able to commit to the full 2–3 month assignment until New Year.
