Chef de Partie

Chef de Partie – Luxury 5 Star Venue – Braemar, Aberdeenshire

• £35,010 per annum, based on a 48 hour contract, with paid overtime available on top
• Tronc of approximately £3,500 per year
• Opportunity to work at a 5 star venue
• Staff accommodation available, with transport provided to and from the property so a car isn’t essential
• 30 days holiday, enhanced pension and a free meal on every shift

A Chef de Partie is required for a luxury 5 star property in Braemar, running a section within a quality driven kitchen. The Chef de Partie will take full responsibility for their own section through service, working under the Sous Chefs and Head Chef, with the chance to gain experience across different areas of the operation as they develop.

This is a Chef de Partie position where standards genuinely matter, and it suits a chef who takes pride in consistency rather than cutting corners. Staff accommodation is available for anyone relocating, with transport provided between the accommodation and the property, so this is a realistic move for a chef coming into the area.

Previous Chef de Partie experience in a luxury or high quality kitchen is required, along with strong knife skills and candidates should posses a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene.
