Chef de Partie – Bars and Restaurants (multiple city centre sites) – Inverness

• £14.00 to £14.75 per hour depending on site, averaging 40 hours a week across the year

We are recruiting three Chef de Partie positions for a group of bars and restaurants in central Inverness. These are hands on Chef de Partie roles running your own section through service, with responsibility for prep, consistency and the standards on your station, alongside stock rotation and supporting the wider kitchen teams.

Suitable for an experienced Chef de Partie, or a strong Commis Chef ready to take a section of their own. With a number of venues across the Highlands and more growth planned, there are real opportunities for a Chef de Partie who wants to move up.
