Catering Assistant

We are currently recruiting an experienced and professional general front of house to join our team in a busy hospitality environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service, takes pride in their presentation, and can work confidently as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment for guests.

• Assist with daily front of house operations, including setting up and maintaining service areas.

• Support food and beverage service when required.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation.

• Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service.

• Follow all health and safety procedures and workplace standards.

Requirements

• Previous front of house or hospitality experience is essential.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• A professional, friendly and presentable manner.

• Reliable, punctual and well organised.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Full, unrestricted right to work in the UK, with appropriate documentation.

• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 2:30pm.
