Breakfast Chef de Partie – Luxury 5 Star Venue – Braemar, Aberdeenshire

• £35,010 per annum on a 48 hour contract
• Tronc of approximately £3,500 per year

A Breakfast Chef de Partie is required for a luxury 5 star property in Braemar, Aberdeenshire. The Breakfast Chef de Partie will run breakfast service, covering both the buffet and cooking to order for guests.

The role involves setting up the section each morning, delivering service to a consistently high standard, and maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout. Shifts are early starts with early finishes, and staff accommodation is available within walking distance of the property for anyone relocating to the area.

Applicants should have previous Breakfast Chef or Chef de Partie experience in a luxury or high quality kitchen, strong knife skills, and a good working knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards. A stable recent work history is important to the client.
