ADMIN SUPPORT REQUIRED IN BATH – TEMPORARY ONGOING 

Berkeley Scott are currently recruiting an Administrator for ongoing temporary work for a Primary School in Clevedon. 

You will need to have previous experience in a similar role, be highly organised reliable, and have customer service experience.

About the Role:

You’ll be the first point of contact for guests and clients, delivering a warm welcome and maintaining a high standard of professionalism throughout your shift. You will support the whole team with day to day admin tasks. This is a full time, onoging temp position. you will work on a rota basis 4 days out of 7. 

What We’re Looking For:

To be considered for this rewarding role, you must meet the following essential criteria:

• Must have a Enchanced DBS on the update service
• Must have first Aid Certificate

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a admin role

• Strong customer service skills and a professional telephone manner

• Excellent organisational and time management abilities

• A positive, flexible, and proactive attitude

• Excellent attention to detail

• Eligibility to work in the UK

• Able to provide references to confirm experience
