• Previous experience as a Sous Chef within fine dining, luxury hotels, events, or premium catering

• Strong understanding of menu development and food costing
• Excellent food hygiene and allergen management knowledge
• Ability to lead from the front and inspire a team
• Organised, professional, and calm under pressure
• Passion for delivering restaurant-quality food in a hospitality setting
