Senior Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef – Fine Dining, London

Up to £40k PLus Tronc

We’re looking for a strong Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef to join the brigade at one of London’s most sophisticated fine dining restaurants. Offering a true escape from the hustle and bustle of Central London, this is an exceptional opportunity to work in an elegant setting with a focus on modern European and Italian cuisine with menus changing daily.

You’ll be part of a talented brigade of 16 chefs, working alongside a team of 7 during service. The restaurant serves approximately 60–70 covers at lunch and 100 covers at dinner, with last orders at 10:30pm and the team out by 11:00pm.

The role:

• 48-hour contract
• Mix of doubles with one single shift each week
• Staff food 
• Closed Saturday lunch and all day Sunday
• Run your section with confidence and exceptional organisation
• Support and mentor junior chefs
• Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to maintain the highest standards
• Closed over Summer & Christmas

We’re looking for a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef  with strong fine dining experience, excellent organisational skills, and the ambition to take the next step in their career within a highly respected kitchen.

You must be eligable to work in the UK as this position does not offer sponsorship.
