An Exceptional Leadership Opportunity in Contract Catering

We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Senior Operations Manager to lead a portfolio of prestigious Independent School catering contracts across the South West and South Coast.

The successful candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with a passion for people development, operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

The Role

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will have full responsibility for the operational and financial performance of a portfolio of Independent School contracts.

You will work closely with site-based management teams, providing leadership, support and strategic direction to ensure every location consistently delivers outstanding service, innovative food offerings and exceptional client engagement

About You

Previous experience as a Senior Operations Manager or Regional Manager within contract catering

• ExperiencewithintheB&I orIndependentSchoolsishighlydesirable
• Strongclientrelationshipandstakeholdermanagementskills
• Excellentleadership,coachingandteamdevelopmentcapabilities
• FinanciallyastutewithexperiencemanagingP&Laccountability
• Highlyorganised,self-motivatedandresults-driven
