Pastry Chef de Partie

We are looking for a talented and passionate Pastry Chef de Partie to join the pastry brigade of our prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in Kensington.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced pastry professional who takes pride in producing exceptional desserts and has strong knowledge of chocolate work.

What you’ll be doing

• Preparing and presenting high-quality pastries, desserts and bakery items to 5-star standards.
• Working confidently with chocolate, including tempering, moulding and decorative techniques.
• Managing your own section and ensuring consistency in quality and presentation.
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.
• Supporting the Senior Pastry team in daily operations and service.

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
• Strong pastry skills with hands-on chocolate experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for high-quality pastry.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and strong team player.
