We’re currently recruiting reliable, hardworking, and motivated Kitchen Porters to join the kitchen team at a busy hotel in Central London.

This role offers a mixture of day and evening shifts, so flexibility is essential.

Pay: £12.71 per hour + Holiday Pay pay can vary depending on client

Key Responsibilities

• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of a busy hotel kitchen.

• Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen and back-of-house areas.

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently.

• Assist chefs with basic food preparation as required.

• Ensure waste disposal and recycling procedures are followed correctly.

• Help maintain a safe, organised, and well-stocked kitchen environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year’s Kitchen Porter experience in the UK (essential).

• Level 2 Food Safety Certificate.

• Good understanding of food hygiene, allergens, and safe food handling practices.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.

• Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail.

• Flexible to work a mixture of day and evening shifts, including weekends where required.
