General Catering Manager – Stockton On Tees – £45,000p/a

We are seeking a skilled and experienced General Catering Manager with experience in multi outlet catering to excel in an General Catering Manager role across a contract based in Stockton.

This role has a strong catering focus, with responsibilities across staff dining, hospitality, vending and retail management.

  Experience required:

• 3+ years’ senior-level experience managing catering contracts including catering services, vending, hospitality and retail.
• Strong leadership with a passion for innovation and service excellence.
• Proven track record in people and change management and operational improvement.
• Knowledge in developing and delivering sustainable innovations within a corporate environment.
• Financial acumen with experience managing performance targets and budgets.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• A strong knowledge of workplace strategies.
• Full UK Driving License
