Are you an Executive Chef looking for your next exciting challenge? We are partnering with a growing and people-focused contract catering company to recruit an exceptional Executive Chef for a prestigious Business & Industry contract.

This Executive Chef role will oversee both staff dining and hospitality operations within a busy, high-profile site. We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef with a strong background in contract catering and outstanding fine dining experience, someone who can elevate the current food offer and inspire an established team.

As Executive Chef, you will be responsible for:

• Leading all kitchen operations across staff dining and hospitality.
• Driving innovation and creating exceptional fresh food menus.
• Elevating the hospitality offer with a refined, fine dining approach.
• Menu planning, recipe development and seasonal menu changes.
• Managing food costing, budgets and delivering strong financial performance.
• Ensuring excellent standards of food hygiene, health and safety, and allergen management.
• Developing, mentoring and inspiring a talented kitchen brigade.
• Building strong client relationships and delivering an outstanding food experience.

The ideal Executive Chef will have:

• Proven experience running a busy Business & Industry contract.
• Strong contract catering experience within high-volume fresh food operations.
• Excellent fine dining and hospitality experience.
• A thorough understanding of food hygiene legislation and allergen compliance.
• Strong menu planning and food costing experience with a commercial mindset.
• A passion for food, creativity and developing people.
