CHEF DE RANG or HEAD WAITER/WAITRESS

The Hotel wonSLH Hotel of the year in 2023. The Fernery restaurant has 4 AA Rosettes and is under the leadership of the hugely talented Executive Chef Douglas Balish.

The food and beverage manager is now looking for a passionate and dedicated Chef de Rang or Head Waiter/Waitress to join the team.

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Excellent experience at 2/3 rosette level and Michelin experience.
• Passionate about food and customer service.
