Chef De Partie

We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a prestigious events and conference venue in Westminster.

This is an excellent opportunity for a chef with a background in events, banqueting or high-quality hospitality who is looking for consistent weekday hours and a potential permanent position.

The role

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Occasional additional evening hours, arranged in advance
• Prepare and deliver high-quality food for events, conferences and private functions
• Support the kitchen team with food preparation and service
• Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene and kitchen standards
• Opportunity to move into a permanent role after a successful temporary period

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie
• Experience in events, banqueting or a similar hospitality environment preferred
• Strong food preparation and organisational skills
• Reliable, professional and able to work well within a team
• Level 2 Food Safety Certificate
• Allergen Awareness
• Health & Safety Level 2
• COSHH
• Right to work in the UK
