Working alongside a highly respected Head Chef with a strong reputation for developing talented chefs, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Chef de Partie looking to learn, progress and build a long-term career in premium hospitality.

You’ll work with exceptional seasonal ingredients sourced from across the UK and Europe, while gaining valuable exposure to kitchen management, operations and high-end service standards.

The Role
We’re looking for an organised, ambitious and passionate strong Chef de Partie who is hungry to learn and eager to progress.

You’ll be responsible for running your section to a consistently high standard while supporting the wider brigade during busy services. This is a kitchen where attention to detail, quality produce and professional standards are at the heart of the operation.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and organise your section to the highest standards
Assist senior chefs with daily kitchen operations and service
Ensure excellent food quality, consistency and presentation at all times
Work with premium seasonal produce from the UK and Europe
Maintain exceptional cleanliness, organisation and food safety standards
Contribute to a professional, collaborative and efficient kitchen environment
Develop your understanding of kitchen management and operational procedures
Gain exposure to stock control and other areas of kitchen management
Support the wider team and maintain high standards throughout service
