TEMPORARY SCHOOL CHEFS WANTED

Cheltenham & Gloucestershire | From £17.00 per hour | Temporary / Ongoing Work

Berkeley Scott Recruitment are currently looking for experienced School Chefs to join our temporary team, working at schools across Cheltenham, Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas.

This is a great opportunity for experienced chefs who enjoy working in an education environment and are looking for flexible temporary work, ongoing assignments and the opportunity to work at a variety of schools.

Commutable areas

We are particularly interested in chefs based in or around:

Cheltenham, Bishop’s Cleeve, Tewkesbury, Winchcombe, Gotherington, Prestbury and surrounding areas.

We’re looking for chefs who have:

• Previous professional catering/chef experience

• Ideally, experience working within a school, education or similar catering environment

• A good understanding of food hygiene and allergen awareness

• The ability to work independently and as part of a catering team

• A reliable and professional approach

• A passion for preparing fresh, nutritious food

DBS Requirement

Due to the nature of the role, candidates will be required to have an Enhanced DBS check suitable for working in a school/education setting.

Candidates who already hold a suitable Enhanced DBS are welcome to apply. If you do not currently have one, Berkeley Scott can advise you on the DBS application process and requirements.
