Catering Assistant – Ongoing Temp- Cardiff

Experienced Catering Assisant Required – for a Production Kitchen Monday to Friday 7am-12 

Salary: £12.71-13.45 per hour depensant on experience

Berkeley Scott are currently recruiting an experienced Catering Assistant for an ongoing temporary assignment in Cardiff. You will be helping with the morning preparation and packing of the daily in-house products and then helping with kitchen porter duties as well.

Candidates must have:
– Previous experience working in a catering environment

– Good knowledge of Health & Food Safety standards

– Good attention to detail 

Catering Assistant duties include:
• Preparing food items, packaging then and labeling 
• Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
• Following all food hygiene and safety procedures
