    • Assistant Restaurant Manager

      £32,000 + Tronc

      40 Hours Per Week

      Nr Maidstone

      We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join a premium hospitality operation in a beautiful countryside setting.

      Working alongside the Restaurant Manager,  you’ll help lead a team, delivering exceptional guest experiences across the day/evening.

      • Support the day-to-day running of the restaurant
      • Lead shifts with teams of up to 8-10 staff
      • Maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction
      • Assist with training and team development
      • Support restaurant events throughout the year
      • Drive a positive and professional team culture

      What’s On Offer?

      • £32,000 salary plus Tronc scheme (department points-based system)
      • Straight shifts only
      • 5 days from 7 rota
      • Supportive and collaborative management team

      About You

      • Experience within a premium restaurant, hotel or hospitality environment
      • Passion for delivering outstanding guest service
      • Strong leadership and communication skills
      • Flexible approach to working weekends and evenings when required
      • Full driving licence and own transport needed due to location
