Night Receptionist – ADHOC

As a Night Receptionist, you’ll be responsible for providing excellent guest service throughout the night while supporting the smooth running and security of the hotel.

Pay: £18 per hour
Location: Central London

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in late-arriving guests.
• Handle guest requests, queries and complaints professionally.
• Complete overnight audits and reception duties.
• Assist with security and ensure the hotel remains safe overnight.
• Monitor and report any maintenance or operational issues.
• Handle unexpected situations calmly and professionally.
• Prepare reception and the hotel for the morning team.
• Provide a clear handover to the daytime team.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous Front Office or hotel reception experience.
• Experience with Opera Cloud.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Friendly, professional and guest-focused approach.
• Calm and confident when handling challenges.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently overnight.
