CDP Chef – Bristol

Location: Bristol
Hours: Up to 35 hours per week
Duration: Initially 6–8 weeks, with potential for permanent opportunities
Shift Pattern: Predominantly daytime hours

We’re looking for experienced and reliable CDP Chefs to join a busy new catering operation at an educational site in Bristol.

This is a great opportunity for a Chef who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants the chance to potentially secure a permanent position following the initial temporary period.

What you’ll be doing

• Working as part of a busy kitchen team
• Preparing and cooking high-quality food to a consistent standard
• Supporting hospitality and events when required
• Working across the main and satellite kitchens
• Working efficiently during busy service periods
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards
• Working closely with the wider team to ensure a smooth service

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience working as a CDP Chef
• A reliable and positive attitude
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen procedures
• Someone who takes pride in their work and is keen to become part of a strong team
• Previous experience within education, contract catering or a similar environment would be an advantage
