Junior Sous Chef / Strong CDP

CDP or Jr Sous -Seasonal food. Small team. Big ambition.

• £45,000 package including tronc
• 48 hours per week, full-time

We’re looking for a passionate Junior Sous Chef or strong CDP to join our dedicated kitchen team at a proper neighbourhood gastro.

Our food is thoughtful, seasonal and ingredient-led, with daily-changing menus, British traditional dishes and small European plates. We care about great produce, simple food done exceptionally well, and creating a genuinely memorable experience for our customers.

This is a great opportunity for a Junior Sous or experienced CDP looking to take the next step. You’ll work closely with our well-rounded Head Chef, the wider kitchen team and our brilliant suppliers, with a real opportunity to contribute ideas, develop your skills and take ownership as the business grows.
