Breakfast Chef – 4 Star Hotel – Glasgow City Centre

• £27,476.80 per annum (£13.21 per hour) plus service charge
• 40 hours per week across 5 days

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Breakfast Chef to join the kitchen team at a well established 4 star hotel in Glasgow city centre. As Breakfast Chef you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional start to each guest’s day, producing high quality dishes to the standard expected of a quality city centre hotel operation. The Breakfast Chef will take full responsibility for setting up and running the morning service, ensuring all food is prepared, presented and ready ahead of each service period.

As Breakfast Chef you will be a self-motivated individual comfortable with early starts, with the ability to work well under pressure and maintain a consistent standard throughout. The ideal Breakfast Chef will have previous experience in a similar role, be reliable and punctual, and take pride in delivering a positive experience for every guest. As Breakfast Chef you will join a supportive kitchen team with genuine opportunities to develop and progress.
