Experienced Barista – Flexible Agency Hospitality Work

Job Summary

We’re seeking experienced Baristas to join our hospitality agency, working across cafés, hotels, corporate sites, hospitality venues, and event locations.

If you’re confident producing high-quality coffee, delivering excellent customer service, and working efficiently during busy periods, we have flexible shifts available with weekly pay.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality espresso-based coffees and specialty drinks.
• Operate commercial coffee machines and grinders.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain excellent presentation and cleanliness of the coffee station.
• Handle food and beverage orders.
• Operate tills and POS systems where required.
• Follow food hygiene and health & safety standards.

Requirements

• Previous Barista experience in a busy café or hospitality environment.
• Confident using commercial espresso machines.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Friendly, professional, and reliable.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Flexible availability.
• Right to work in the UK.
