Senior Sous Chef – AWARD WINNING Premium Dining Counter | Central London

£55-£60k (DOE)

Full time-48 hours (Doubles/Splits)

We’re looking for a talented Senior Sous Chef to join our premium dining counter and restaurant in the heart of Central London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Junior Sous Chef ready to step up or an experienced Senior Sous Chef who wants to cook with some of the finest produce from across the UK and Europe.

Our menu is built around exceptional ingredients, traditional dishes, and refined techniques, creating award-winning food in a modern dining environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
• Leading and developing the team during service.
• Working with outstanding seasonal produce sourced from the UK and Europe.
• Producing elevated, award-winning dishes rooted in classic cooking.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience as a Junior Sous Chef ready for the next step or an established Senior Sous Chef from a Premium or high end restaurant/Hotel
• Strong classical cooking skills working with fresh produce and attention to detail.
• A passion for high-quality ingredients Fish/Meat and continuous development.
• A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a professional, fast-paced kitchen.
