We are currently recruiting Waiters and Waitresses for a variety of hospitality roles, including a major summer event offering the chance to work at one of Birmingham’s largest and most exciting venues.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to guests
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and drinks in a professional and friendly manner
• Prepare and reset tables to high presentation standards
• Clear tables and maintain a clean dining environment
• Assist with the smooth running of hospitality operations
• Work effectively as part of a busy and dynamic team

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waiter, Waitress, or within hospitality is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and professional approach to work
• Level 2 Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Food Allergen Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
