An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Sous Chef to join a Michelin-starred kitchen located within a luxury 5-star hotel in the beautiful Channel Islands.

About the Role:

• 1* Michelin-starred restaurant –4 AA Rosettes

• Acclaimed for its tasting menus and elegant, ingredient-led cooking

• Covers of 40-50 per service including Chef’s table

• Modern British cuisine offering the best of sustainable produce with eye-catching dishes that offer natural, well-balanced flavour

• Team of 8 chefs

• Closed on Sundays and Mondays

The Offer:

• Competitive salary based on experience

• Live-in accommodation available (£650 per month)

• 3-day trial period with complimentary hotel stay, meals, and full kitchen experience

• Flights reimbursed upon successful placement

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to support the Head Chef and wider team
