An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Sous Chef to join a Michelin-starred kitchen located within a luxury 5-star hotel in the beautiful Channel Islands.

About the Role:
1* Michelin-starred restaurant –4 AA Rosettes
Acclaimed for its tasting menus and elegant, ingredient-led cooking
Covers of 40-50 per service including Chef’s table
Team of 8 chefs
The Offer:
Competitive salary based on experience
Live-in accommodation available (£650 per month)
3-day trial period with complimentary hotel stay, meals, and full kitchen experience
Flights reimbursed upon successful placement

A passionate, skilled chef with Michelin-starred or AA Rosette background
Strong leadership skills and the ability to support the Head Chef and wider team
Genuine enthusiasm for seasonal produce, modern European cuisine, and innovation
A team player ready to commit to excellence in a collaborative, high-performance environment
