Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company policies.
• Support the training and development of junior kitchen staff.
• Maintain stock control and ordering, ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef, preferably in a fine dining, contract catering, or high-end hospitality environment.
• A passion for food with a strong knowledge of culinary trends and techniques.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
• Relevant culinary qualifications and food safety certifications.
