Salary – £33,000
Tips – £12,000 Guaranteed Per Year Bonus Scheme – 15% (£4,950 per year / £1,237 paid quarterly)
Location – Central Edinburgh
Hours Per Week – 48 (Paid Overtime)

This role is perfect for a Sous Chef ready to take the next step and become a Senior Sous Chef, joining a fast-paced and passionate team. This is a busy restaurant with a high turnover of covers (200 Lunch 200 dinner), run by a team of six chefs. The menu features classic fresh food dishes, all made in-house and inspired by Scottish food trends. You will work closely with the Head Chef and the Group’s Executive Chef to adapt and develop new menus across all sites.
What we need from you: A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and a drive for exceptional service. This is a very busy site where mise en place is key to smooth service. Alongside managing service and developing your team, you’ll also play a key role in the wider employee experience and contribute to business improvements.
