Your New Role as Our Senior Sous Chef:

• Prepare, produce and serve a diverse menu, utilising some great local produce.
• Assist in the leadership, management, and development of the kitchen brigade.
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards in order to ensure 5-star food hygiene ratings.
• Maintain a pristine and organised kitchen.

What We Ask of You:

• A genuine passion for creating the highest quality food using the best ingredients.
• Demonstrated success as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef in high-quality, high-volume gastropubs or restaurants. Branded experience would be a bonus.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent communication.
