School Kitchen Porter DBS NEEDED

Berkeley Scott, the country’s leading hospitality agency is looking for a Kitchen Porter to work with one of our education client based in Redbridge.  

We are looking for dedicated and hard-working individual who work in a fast-paced environment supporting a large team with the cleanliness and hygiene of a school kitchen.

The main responsibilities are to assist in the kitchen with deliveries, washing up and general cleanliness, to carry out all work in an industrious manner so that work is completed in a timely manner and to ensure the job responsibilities are carried out.

The working hours for this role are Term Time (34 weeks) plus 5.4 weeks (27 days) during school holidays, 40 hours per week on a shift rota namely, 07:00 – 15:30, 08:00 – 16:30 and 09:00 – 17:30 with half an hour unpaid lunch

To work for us you will need:

• Experience working in fast-paced environment
• Enhanced DBS Certificate (Child workforce)
• RTW in UK
• 2x Employment References
• 6 months’ minimum work experience in similar environment
• Food and Safety Certificates (including Level 2 Food Safety Certificate)
• Excellent time keeping skills
