My client is a leading contract catering provider with over 20 years of industry experience, delivering tailored food services across national business and industry clients. They are looking for a passionate Regional Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of catering and FM elements in multiple B&I sites in the Midlands and North, drive commercial success, and support dedicated teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple sites, ensuring high standards of food service and client satisfaction.
• Manage P&Ls, control costs, and maximise commercial opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Lead, train, and develop a team of Unit and Area Support Managers.
• Monitor compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Continuously improve service delivery and client offerings.
• Manage cleaning and security teams across multiple clients/sites

About You

• 2+ years of experience in a senior contract catering role (Area/Regional/Operations Manager).
• Proven ability to manage multi-site operations and P&Ls.
• Strong background in contract catering and client relationship management.
• Passion for team development and driving business growth.
• Ideally have cleaning and/or security management experience
