This group have three new openings in the pipeline and plans for further growth whilst utilising fresh local produce and nurturing talent.

Your New Role as Our Operations Chef:

• Amazing Food: Support your team to prepare, produce and serve a diverse menu, utilising some great local produce.
• Team Management: Lead, manage, and develop multiple kitchen brigades, ensuring optimal staffing levels in a busy environment.
• Stock Control: Oversee inventory and maintain efficient stock management.
• Food Safety and Hygiene: Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards in order to ensure 5-star food hygiene ratings.
• Kitchen Cleanliness: Maintain a pristine and organised kitchen.

What We Ask of You:

• Passion for Cooking: A genuine love for creating the highest quality food using the best ingredients.
• Proven Experience: Demonstrated success as a Head Chef or Operations Chef in high-quality, high-volume gastropubs or restaurants. Branded experience would be a bonus.
• Organised and Communicative: Strong organisational skills and excellent communication.
• Team Building: Experience in building and managing a cohesive, efficient kitchen team.
• Charismatic: You’ll be the beating heart of the team, liaising with the executive team, mentoring junior Chefs and motivating everyone in between.
