We’re looking for a driven, hands-on Multi site manager to support and oversee a high-volume QSR food offering operation across multiple (5-6) central London sites. This is an exciting opportunity for a multi site manager  who thrives in fast-paced environments and is ready to take ownership of standards, teams, and performance across several locations.

The Role
As a multi site manager You’ll be working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure every site is running at its best. This is a varied and fast-moving role where no two days are the same.

You will be responsible for:

Supporting and overseeing multiple retail sites and their teams
Conducting operational and compliance audits across locations
Leading manager meetings and supporting daily operational communication
Handling disciplinaries and supporting HR processes where required
Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety and Food Safety standards
Monitoring performance and producing clear, accurate operational reports
Supporting local marketing activity and in-store execution
Feeding back insights, risks, and opportunities directly to the Operations Manager

What We’re Looking For
Experience as a Store Manager, Duty Manager, Assistant Manager or similar
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and support multiple teams
Confident handling operational standards, compliance, and people processes
Highly organised, detail-focused, and proactive in problem solving
Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Strong communicator who can influence and support managers effectively
Ambitious and ready to step into a multi-site operations pathway
Flexibility
This role requires flexibility to meet business needs, including early starts, weekends, and peak trading periods.
