Head of Restaurant Operations

We are looking for an experienced Head of Restaurant Operations to lead our operational strategy, drive performance, and help shape the future of our business.

About the Role

As Head of Restaurant Operations, you will oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring every location consistently delivers outstanding guest experiences, operational excellence, and commercial success. You will work closely with senior leadership to execute our ambitious growth plans while maintaining the culture and standards that define our brand.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced hospitality environments and has a proven track record of scaling successful restaurant businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire restaurant operations across the business.
• Drive operational excellence, profitability, and exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Develop and mentor high-performing regional and restaurant leadership teams.
• Build systems, processes, and operational frameworks to support rapid growth.
• Deliver consistent financial performance, meeting and exceeding KPIs.
• Partner with senior leadership on UK and international expansion plans.
• Ensure brand standards are maintained across every restaurant.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and outstanding hospitality.

About You

You are an experienced hospitality leader with a passion for delivering exceptional results and building successful teams.

You will bring:

• Proven experience in a senior multi-site operations leadership role.
• A successful track record of leading restaurant growth across multiple locations.
• Experience supporting new restaurant openings and business expansion, ideally both within the UK and internationally.
• Strong commercial acumen with a history of improving sales, profitability, and operational performance.
• Outstanding leadership and coaching skills with the ability to develop future leaders.
• A hands-on, solutions-focused approach with high standards and attention to detail.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
