Forget split shifts and endless weekends. This role offers a Monday to Friday schedule, while still providing the opportunity to earn excellent overtime through regular evening events and hospitality functions.

Leading a team of 6, the Head Chef will oversee an exceptional hospitality operation delivering:

• Fine dining experiences
• Executive working lunches
• Luxury canapé receptions
• Client entertaining
• High-profile corporate events

This is a role for a creative Head Chef who wants the freedom to develop menus, showcase their craft skills, and work closely with the client to create memorable food experiences.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Head Chef within fine dining, luxury hospitality, events, or premium catering
• Exceptional culinary craft skills and attention to detail
• Passion for seasonal ingredients and modern menu development
• Strong financial awareness with experience in menu costing and food margins
• Excellent food hygiene standards and up-to-date allergen knowledge
• Ability to create, cost, and deliver innovative hospitality menus
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
• A hands-on approach and commitment to delivering outstanding food every day
