Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality food production.
• Lead, train, and develop the kitchen team to maintain excellent culinary standards.
• Design and execute innovative and seasonal menus that delight customers.
• Maintain strict hygiene, health & safety, and food quality standards.
• Manage kitchen budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability.
• Work closely with suppliers to source top-quality ingredients.
• Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure an outstanding dining experience.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar senior culinary role.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent culinary skills with a passion for high-quality food.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound knowledge of food safety, health & safety regulations, and kitchen best practices.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control.
• Creativity and innovation in menu planning and food presentation.
