An Exciting Opportunity to Shape the Future of a Growing Premium Hospitality Brand

We are seeking an innovative, commercially minded and forward-thinking Group Development Chef / Executive Chef to join a premium hospitality business undergoing a significant upscale and period of strategic growth.

This is a pivotal role for a group developmet chef who is a culinary leader who thrives on creativity, innovation and operational excellence, and who is excited by the opportunity to influence and shape the future direction of a rapidly expanding brand.

Reporting into the senior leadership team, the Group developmet chef will lead the company’s product development strategy, driving food innovation from concept through to execution across a growing multi-site operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and scaling of food concepts across the business.
• Identify emerging food trends and translate them into commercially successful menu offerings.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement across all food and beverage propositions.
• Oversee F&B development across a current estate with further expansion planned.
• Take ownership of projects from initial concept through to implementation and execution.
• Collaborate closely with two Heads of Department and work cross-functionally with operations, commercial, procurement and senior leadership teams.
• Ensure consistency, quality and operational feasibility across all menu development initiatives.
• Support the business’s growth plans through strategic product development and effective implementation.

About You

You will be an experienced Group Development Chef, Executive Chef or Senior Development Chef with a proven track record in multi-site hospitality, restaurant groups or premium hig volume food-led businesses.

You will possess:

• Demonstrable experience in menu and product development across multiple sites.
• Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen.
• Proven ability to scale concepts and deliver innovation in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to take ideas from conception to execution.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience working collaboratively across departments and alongside senior leaders and Heads of Department.
• A passion for food trends, creativity and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• The ability to influence, inspire and drive change within a growing organisation.
