Salary £45,000-£50,000 depending on experience (40-45 Hours)

Hotel Manager – 3-Star Independent Hotel (109 Rooms)

Are you an experienced hotel professional looking for your next leadership opportunity? We are seeking a Hotel Manager for our fast-growing franchise business to oversee the operations of our 109-room 3-star hotel. With a small in-house team and no F&B offering, this is a hands-on role that requires a strong understanding of overseeing the revenue,sales,marketing and guests you must have a good knowledge of Hotel brands and competetors.You must also have the ability to drive guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and motivate a small, dedicated team to ensure seamless daily operations
✅ Oversee housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance to maintain high standards
✅ Manage occupancy, pricing strategies, and revenue to stay competitive in the 3-star market
✅ Enhance guest experience and maintain a strong online reputation
✅ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations
✅ Monitor budgets and control costs to optimize profitability whilst with the operation managers
✅ Strong working knowledge of the Muse booking system

What We’re Looking For:

Previous hotel management experience, ideally within an independent or 3-star hotel
Strong knowledge of the local 3-star competitive market
Hands-on leadership with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Excellent commercial awareness, including Profit & Loss (P&L) and staff budgeting
Ability to lead and motivate a small, multi-tasking team
Understanding of HR practices within the hotel industry
Proficiency in multiple languages (desired but not essential)
