About the Role:

As our Deputy General Manager – Operations, you’ll be at the heart of our daily delivery, supporting the General Manager in overseeing multiple sites, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and team motivation across the board. You’ll play a key role in client relationships and have a strong focus on detail, standards, and consistency.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead day-to-day operations across multiple high-profile corporate sites

• Work closely with culinary and front-of-house teams to deliver top-tier service

• Drive compliance, H&S, and operational standards

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Support and develop site managers and team members
