Job Title: Grounds Operative
Pay: £12.65 per Hour

Basic DBS Required

We are seeking an experienced, dependable Grounds maintenance Operative, with previous experience of using commercial grass cutting equipment. This position will involve working outside in all weather conditions at various times of the day.

Your Role:

As a Grounds Maintenance Operative your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

• Undertake all grounds/ horticultural operations to a high standard
• Ensuring health and safety standards are met at all times
• provide grounds/ horticuktural/ cleaning operations as part of housing contracts
• Responding to and addressing any maintenance issues promptly
• reacting to emergency protocal such as sandbagging

Essential Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you will need to provide the following documentation:

• Basic DBS certificate (required)
• Hold a valid full UK driving license 
• Passport or National ID card
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill)
• National Insurance number (e.g., recent payslip)
• Bank details for payments
