• Casual fine dining Mediterranean & Spanish cuisine, sharing concept dishes with bold flavours – 1* Michelin star
• Fresh ingredients and seasonal produce top notch suppliers (open fire, whole butchering on site, dry age meat, line caught fish)
• Lunch and dinner up to 100 covers – open kitchen setting
• Salary of £38,000 – £40,000 per annum (according to experience)
• Fantastic project and strong chef team
• Rota of 2 doubles, 3 singles shifts

The ideal Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie must be passionate and have a top background in Michelin star or AA rosettes restaurants as the food is top quality. You will be creative and supportive with your Head Chef and team in this super popular restaurant that has won multiple accolades.
