School Chef de Partie NEEDED!

Berkeley Scott, the country’s leading hospitality agency is looking for a Sous Chef to work with one of our prestigious clients in West London. An innovative and creative setting, you will be leading the catering team, supporting them in feeding young minds of the future!

You will have experience supporting Head Chefs in leading large teams, catering for up to 700 people in a fast-paced environment. Collaborating with the Head Chef and Catering Manager, you will consistently deliver exceptional menus while adhering to Food Safety regulations.

Schedule work from Monday to Sunday. Hours vary from 6.30am to 7pm.

Salary will be £36,000 per year.

This opportunity will begin Temp to Perm and will involve a trial day.

To work for us you will need:

• Enhanced DBS Certificate (Child workforce)
• RTW in UK
• 2x Employment References
• 1 years’ minimum work experience in similar environment as a Sous Chef or Senior CDP
• Food and Safety Certificates (including Level 3 Food Safety Certificate)
• Excellent time keeping skills
