• Refined yet relaxed fine dining experience with Mediterranean and Spanish-inspired sharing plates

• Proud holder of 1 Michelin Star, applauded for inventive seasonal menus and rich, vibrant flavours

• Open-plan kitchen serving lunch and dinner – capacity of up to 100 covers

• Premium sourcing: dry-aged native breed meats, line-caught fish, whole-animal butchery, and open-fire grilling
