Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Assist the senior chefs in running a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
• Maintain high levels of hygiene and food safety standards.
• Contribute to menu development and bring creative ideas to the kitchen.
• Manage stock levels, minimise waste, and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver outstanding dining experiences.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
• Strong culinary skills and a passion for food.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of food hygiene and health & safety regulations.
• Positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and attention to detail.
